We provide professional mobile vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, and specialty treatments. All services are performed at a location provided by you (the "Customer").

2. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or via text/email.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe working conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App.

Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, size, or additional requested services.

4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide access to the vehicle and a safe, legal space for our team to work.

We are not responsible for valuables left in the vehicle. Please remove all personal items prior to service.

If the vehicle is excessively dirty (e.g., pet hair, biohazards, excessive trash), additional fees may apply.

5. Liability
We take great care in delivering our services, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or mechanical issues discovered during or after detailing.

6. Warranty
Our services are satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. If worker presents vehicle to customer (you) before payment and customer agrees to quality of work, no refund/return will be given. 

We do not offer warranties on the longevity or effectiveness of detailing results due to variables such as weather, vehicle use, and maintenance.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use it in any way that may damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use.
